- 1 cup of rice flour
- plain flour two to three tablespoons
- salt to taste
- teaspoons of dry yeast
- teaspoons of sugar
- cucumbers a number
- carrots a number
- capsicum number one

- green sauce as required

- Cooking oil as required
Step by Step Instructions for Vegetable Rice Shawarma
Add plain flour, salt, yeast, sugar and two tablespoons of cooking oil to the rice flour and prepare the mixture by mixing lukewarm milk or water.
Cover this mixture and keep it in a warm place. Wash all the vegetables in length. Cut and fry in a tablespoon of cooking oil on high heat.
Remove from the heat and mix in the desired green sauce and ketchup.
When the mixture thickens a little, paint it well and cook in a non-stick pan. Heat oil and make small chapatis of the mixture. Then put the vegetable mixture in these hot chapatis and roll them like a cone.
